• Clients must provide an accurate vehicle description and any problem areas in the booking form.

🔹 Deposit & Booking Confirmation:

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking. No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The deposit amount will be deducted from the final price on the day of service.

• We take cash and card payments on site.

🔹 Non-Refundable Policy & Rescheduling:

• Deposits are non-refundable, as your booking removes a time slot from our calendar.

• However, if you need to reschedule, you may do so without paying a new deposit if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled booking.

• To reschedule, please email us at ethan@edautocare.com with your booking details.

Failure to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and a new booking will require a new deposit.
